We are seeking a highly motivated, career‑driven Desktop Support Specialist to join Virtual Service Operations in Richardson, TX. This role involves providing hands‑on support for a broad range of workstation technology and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our client’s end users.

• Provide Workstation Software Break Fix support for desktop and laptop devices.
• Install, move, add, and change both IMAC and PC systems.
• Perform image loads and asset recovery operations.
• Manage and tag assets.
• Offer printer support and troubleshoot related issues.
• Engage with the Client Center (Tech Bar) for additional support tasks.
• Execute IT Service Management updates using tools such as Service Now.
• Collaborate on other client‑support duties necessary to maintain workstation operations and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Desktop Support.
• Proficiency in PC imaging techniques.
• Experience with change management and incident management processes.
• Familiarity with tools such as Service Now, Bomgar, Lap Link, and Secure Disk Wipe.

• Certified Dell Technician.
• Expertise in inventory control.

• Must reside within driving distance of Richardson, TX and be willing to work onsite.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or higher.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this government‑contracted position.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and navigate stairs or ramps.
• Must be able to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces.
• Must comply with drug testing requirements as specified by VSO.
