Information Technology (IT) Support Coordinator II – North Dallas, TX
Join the Maryland Oncology Hematology team as an IT Support Coordinator II. The role is based in the Dallas, Texas area and supports our multiple locations, including Midtown Dallas. Working Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with occasional Saturdays, the position requires regular travel.

Job Responsibilities- Answer calls from end users and document support tickets and vendor communications.
- Troubleshoot basic end user questions and problems.
- Assist in the maintenance of network systems, servers and workstations; install software and hardware; troubleshoot server and network issues.
- Set up and delete user IDs and passwords in practice management systems; submit requests for corporate user accounts in file servers and e‑mail.
- Assist the Business Office with reports, fee schedules and insurance profiles.
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least two years of experience in a desktop support role.
- Preferred: computer networking experience, A+ certification, MCP in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, stand, walk and reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Vision and hearing must be within normal ranges with corrective devices as needed.
