Client is seeking an ERP Rollout Senior Project Manager , with extensive experience on ERP implementation and rollout projects. The position involves leading rollout teams from multiple ERP products, data and integration platforms for solution configuration and deployment, data conversion, CRP, SIT test cycles, UAT, cut-over, go-live and hyper care activities. This position also involves regular coordination with customer business and IT people throughout the rollout life cycle.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN or be willing to relocate to one of the areas. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience

• 8 years of ERP implementation and rollout experience with 2 full life cycles as a rollout Project Manager in ERP system Configuration, data migration and conversion, solution deployment, CRP, SIT test cycle. cut-over, Go-live and hyper care
• Functional / Technical leadership experience in the implementation or rollout projects
• Should have experience designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscape
• Knowledge of end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay and data management
• Experience handling integration with external partners / applications like - E-Commerce portals, part catalogs, trading partners - suppliers and customers, EDI
• Must be comfortable driving requirements workshops, CRPs and key discussion sessions with client
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams.
• Must excel at onsite-offshore communication and work management

• Ability to work in a diverse team / multiple stakeholder environment
• Solution Evaluations and Recommendation - Lead the team in coming out with solution alternatives and takes the recommended solution alternatives to the customer, reviews the solution options, and suggests improvements to get customer buy in the suggested alternatives.
• Distribution industry experience is a plus
