We are a fast-growing Managed Services Provider supporting mid‑size businesses throughout the DFW metroplex. For over 20 years, we’ve built our success on loyalty, innovation, and exceptional service. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to play a key role in supporting complex client environments and driving IT excellence across Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and network infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of top‑tier escalations, perform advanced troubleshooting across servers, networks, and cloud systems, and help guide clients through IT improvements and best practices. You’ll work directly with business leaders, internal engineers, and vendors to keep systems secure, optimized, and reliable.

• Act as the senior escalation point for servers, networks, and cloud systems
• Support and administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
• Configure and manage switches, firewalls, routers, and VPNs
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server (2016‑2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
• Perform proactive monitoring, backups, and performance optimization
• Lead and contribute to projects such as migrations, upgrades, and network improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery

• 5+ years of Windows System Administration experience in an MSP or multi‑client environment
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization (VMware or Hyper‑V)
• Proven experience managing networking devices and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS)
• Excellent troubleshooting and client communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, client‑facing role
