Senior Data Solutions Architect​/Snowflake​/Hybrid​/Dallas, TX

This leading Dallas-based commercial real estate company does everything from buying and selling land, building and development, and property management.
Our client is looking for a Senior Data Solutions Architect to build out architecture for upcoming and ongoing AI Solutions Architecture.

They are seeking a Senior Data Solutions Architect with a strong background in Snowflake and Data Architecture
, alongside Pricing comparison and Tooling decision making to join their engineering team. A strong candidate would have hands-on experience developing comprehensive plans for data projects (e.g., tools, technologies, people, timeline, business outcomes, maintenance, etc.). You would also need deep stakeholder engagement experience at multiple levels of the business and an understanding of modern AI/ML technologies & frameworks. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about their work, and actively stays up-to-date with news and industry trends related to AI and Machine Learning.

• 7+ years of professional with ETL, Warehousing, Pipelining, Modeling, and Architecture
• Must have proven experience Solutioning
• Advanced proficiency in Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with Pricing, Price Comparison, and Tooling Decision Making
• Strong experience with Data Governance
• Solid understanding of Modern AI/ML technologies and frameworks
• Experience with Python, and Graph Databases
• Strong communication and Developing comprehensive plans for data projects is required

• Must be local to Dallas, TX or be willing to relocate
