Senior Data Analyst

• Use advanced analytical methodologies to assess business performance, surface risks and opportunities, identify root causes, and recommend actions tied to operational and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define key questions, evaluate strategic initiatives, and prioritize analytical efforts.
• Assess and recommend improvements to data assets, metrics, and analytical capabilities to strengthen business insights and decision-making.
• Define KPI frameworks, reporting requirements, and dashboard design to support consistent, data-driven decisions.
• Apply strong attention to detail to review outputs, detect discrepancies, validate data integrity, assess calculation logic, and propose corrective actions for more reliable analysis.
• Create clear presentations, reports, and narrative documents that translate complex analytical results and model outputs into actionable business stories for both frontline teams and executive leadership.
• Support adoption of data-driven decision-making by promoting best practices in model consumption, insight utilization, and analytical rigor.
• Work with the Data Operations team to translate business needs into reporting solutions, including guidance on metric definitions, data requirements, dashboard functionality, and user adoption.

• Advanced SQL for querying, transforming, and manipulating data.
• Python proficiency for data analysis.
• Excel and PowerBI proficiency for reporting and visualization.
• Experience with Databricks or a similar distributed computing or cloud platform.
• Deep expertise in statistical analysis
  , including trend and variance analysis, segmentation, and turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data and model concepts clearly to executive leadership.
• Ability to validate data and analyses thoroughly by identifying discrepancies and gaps and ensuring accurate, reliable business insights.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including navigating competing priorities and aligning analytical work to business goals.
• Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, with at least 2 years of hands-on analytics experience supported by the Master's.
• 4+ years of professional experience in advanced data analysis, machine learning, or a related analytics role.
