Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience

Experience in Salesforce testing and Quality Engineering.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Experience with automated testing, test automation framework design.
Experience in automated testing using Selenium Java
Experience defining test strategies, test plans, and test execution approaches.
Experience with System Testing, System Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, and automation testing.
Experience defining automation standards and best practices.
Experience conducting feasibility analysis to identify test cases for automation.
Experience maintaining traceability between requirements and automation scripts.
Experience reviewing test cases, automation scripts, execution results, and defects.
Experience with Agile software development and testing methodologies.
Experience with defect management, root cause analysis, and defect prevention activities.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using JIRA and Azure Dev Ops.
Experience collaborating with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders.
Experience with test estimation, test reporting, and test completion activities.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Experience in salesforce lighting.
Experience in Salesforce Devops, Salesforce Copado.
