** Job Summary**### This ten-week paid internship is located in Richardson, TX###
** What Are Your Responsibilities?
** Technology Delivery Analyst Interns are responsible for actively participating in HCSC’s formal internship program that leverages your skills, knowledge, and capabilities while providing meaningful experience supporting business objectives and member-focused solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Information Security, Infrastructure and Product Engineering, the Technology Delivery Analyst Intern will contribute to project work, analyze information, and support the development of solutions that address organizational needs.

The Technology Delivery Analyst Intern is responsible for learning and applying specific aspects of the organization's processes, programs, and technologies including emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, while demonstrating increasing independence and ownership of assigned deliverables.

This role will also need to:
* Own components of project work and deliverables with guidance from an assigned mentor and manager.
* Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations that inform real business decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes and the member and client experience.
* Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to department leadership covering the project, results, and recommendations.
* Maintain complete confidentiality of company business and comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, and applicable compliance policies.
** What Do You Need To Be Successful?
*** Knowledge of schedule tracking, status reporting, and risk and issue management is a plus.
* Ability to apply AI and Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve delivery efficiency, such as summarizing meetings, drafting status updates, analyzing project data, and automating repetitive tasks is a strong plus.
* Ability to help identify and evaluate AI use cases that can streamline Tech Delivery processes and share findings and recommendations with the team is a strong plus.
* Prior related technical internship or work experience is a plus.
* Volunteerism or leadership experience is a plus.
* Involvement in IT related associations/organizations or participation in relevant technical competitions (e.g., hackathons, AI/ML or cybersecurity challenges) is a plus.
* Interest in Information Security, Infrastructure (cloud, network, endpoint) and/or Product Engineering is a strong plus.
* Eagerness to learn, grow and contribute.
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills including clear and concise verbal and written communication.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and an ability to grasp new and unfamiliar concepts.
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and support multiple projects.
* Practical, developed PC skills, especially Office 365 and virtual team collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
