We seek a top-performing, licensed, insurance sales producer with fluency in English and Spanish and a minimum of three years of insurance sales success.

Completion of the Assessment is required prior to an interview.

• Contact leads given to you to offer Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals and small businesses via proprietary phone system.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations.
• Quote and bind policies from multiple carriers using the training provided by the University of Farmers and local trainers.
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures.
• Exceed goals given and develop referrals by providing excellent service.
• Document all client interactions and follow up.

Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance General Lines license (required).

• Minimum 3 years of insurance sales.
• Strong, verifiable track record of success (average calls in a day, monthly closing ratio, numbers of policies sold per month).
• Tech‑savvy with ability to use virtual tools (Zoom, CRMs, Email).
• Bilingual English and Spanish (required).
• Life and Health Licenses with experience in Life Insurance sales a PLUS.
• Completed assessment is required prior to an interview.
