MAS Law is an award-winning Personal Injury Law Firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dedicated legal team. Our diverse group of legal professionals shares a passion for serving clients diligently and compassionately, providing a solid foundation for success.

We are looking for an Associate Attorney with a minimum of one year of experience in Personal Injury. The successful candidate will play a key role in our commitment to achieving the best results for our clients through trial experience, deposition handling, and effective case management. Additionally, applicants must be well-versed in utilizing Pre-Litigation settlement experience to negotiate favorable outcomes for clients and demonstrate proficiency in Pre-Litigation case management, handling cases from sign to settlement.

• Manage Litigation case processes, including but not limited to:
  • Initial client call
  • Litigation review investigation and case grading
  • Client statements
  • Liability establishment
  • Demand drafting
  • Settlement negotiation
• Conduct trial proceedings and represent clients in Personal Injury cases.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage tasks and time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Multi‑tasking and working efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Utilize knowledge of Needles case management software (preferred).

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Texas.
• One years of experience in Personal Injury.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Pre‑Litigation case management and settlement experience.
• Effective deposition handling skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
