Prime Attorney Candidates Include:

• Insurance Defense Attorneys: Ready to fight FOR injury victims instead of against them
• Prosecutors/Public Defenders: Seeking higher compensation while using their trial skills
• Mid-Level Associates (3-7 years): From larger firms wanting more client contact and case ownership

Qualifications You Bring:

3+ years litigation experience; (any practice area considered)

• Trial experience; preferred but not required
• Texas Bar; admission (we'll consider candidates with reciprocity eligibility)
• Team player; mentality with strong communication skills
• Client service; focus and genuine desire to help injured people
• Bilingual capabilities; a plus but not required
