The Accounting Manager at Industrial Networking Solutions (INS) leads the accounting team and ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective internal controls. This role oversees daily accounting operations, mentors team members, and collaborates across departments to drive efficiency, support strategic decisions, and maintain regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, deep knowledge of GAAP, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members, including offshore support
• Train staff on accounting systems, processes, and best practices
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development
• Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability
• Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, and reports
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local accounting standards and regulations
• Support the financial integration of acquisitions as needed

• Identify and implement improvements to increase accounting accuracy and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures

• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business goals
• Serve as a liaison between the accounting department and other internal stakeholders

• Present financial results and key metrics to senior leadership
• Analyze financial data to inform strategic planning and decision-making
• Support the annual audit process and preparation of audit schedules

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting
• Proficiency in Net Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
