Coxco General Contractors Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated Construction Project Manager to lead our residential restoration and remodeling projects. • Manage multiple residential restoration and remodeling projects simultaneously
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
• Oversee adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes
• Monitor budgets, material usage, and labor productivity
• Conduct routine site visits to ensure safety, quality, and project progress
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent delays or rework
• Maintain clear records of project updates, change orders, and communications
• Ensure all work meets Coxco’s standards of professionalism and craftsmanship

• 7+ years of experience in residential construction—restoration and remodeling preferred
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
• Experience with Xactimate is a strong plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and best practices
• Ability to lead crews, resolve field issues, and manage vendors
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site travel
