Joins Collins Aerospace to lead Program Work Environment IPT projects that build new and modern secure lab environments, renovate existing facilities, and establish secure inter‑connectivity across RTX sites. The role is onsite and may be located in Richardson, TX;

• Serve as project manager for Program Work Environment IPT efforts, leading cross‑functional execution across Facilities, Digital Technology, Security, and Lab Management.
• Assume ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of project scope on‑time and within budget.
• Lead geographically separated teams, developing scopes of work, aligning priorities, and deconflicting blockers.
• Provide regular status briefings to customers, stakeholders, and leadership, detailing project health, cost/schedule performance, and risks.
• Apply project management principles to schedule interdependencies in large‑scale programs and initiatives.
• Communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.
• Build collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead and manage people to accomplish complex operations.
• Prioritize team effort amid resource constraints and negotiate conflict resolution.
• Travel up to 30%.

• University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• Experience working in closed areas or secure lab environments and understanding of government security regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Active Security Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI).
• Cross‑disciplinary experience in Security, Cybersecurity, Digital Technology, Facilities, and Program Management.
• In‑depth experience leading large‑scale buildout and deployment of closed‑area engineering lab spaces.
• Experience leading project management within Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Strong relationship building skills with technical and business personnel.
• Knowledge of Collins Aerospace programs and the ability to enhance systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and devise innovative solutions.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD – 203,000 USD, based on experience, location, and qualifications.
