You’ll serve as the go‑to leader for our Project Superintendents, guiding daily operations, refining systems, and developing people. This boots‑on‑the‑ground role demands proactive leadership and a commitment to mentorship. Based in Richardson, TX, this position will oversee field activity across multiple job sites in the region.

• Mentor and coach Superintendents to improve leadership, planning, and technical execution
• Manage project QA/QC processes using Procore and company standards
• Assist in scheduling, man loading, and milestone planning for ongoing projects
• Lead jobsite safety culture, coordinate with safety consultants and enforce protocols
• Oversee monthly technical training and quarterly evaluations for field electricians
• Handle preconstruction activities, code compliance, and labor forecasting
• Build strong field‑level customer relationships
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and field team accountability

• Proven leadership in supervising and mentoring field teams, especially Superintendents

• Experience with Procore, Con Est, Bluebeam, Excel, and related software

• Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, delegation, and strategic planning
• Must be hands‑on, approachable, and willing to lead by example in the field
