Customer Service Supervisor

Step into the role of Customer Service Supervisor at Waccamaw Management, LLC in the Dallas metroplex.

• Ensure coordination between the overall strategy and day-to-day operations of the CSSC.
• Adapt and upgrade internal processes to match our service mantra.
• Shape the tone of service across the contact center through training, coaching, and process materials to maintain consistency with our quality standards.
• Own all homeowner issues, acting as the ultimate owner of operations knowledge.
• Be the primary nurturer of Customer Care associates, guiding them to build careers and become trusted advisors.
• Lead and motivate all direct reports, maintaining training and development plans for every team member.
• Understand and drive performance metrics in our omnichannel, quality-focused service approach.
• Drive the operation through performance management and propel career growth within the team.
• Serve as the first line of contact for fast-response management through the CSSC.

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar customer service supervisory position.
• Experience with COPC and offshore service delivery.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in omnichannel, offshore service delivery with a client-focused, service-driven mindset.
• Results-driven, pragmatic, and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
• Languages:
  
  foreign languages a plus but not required.
• On-site position only; candidate must be located in the Dallas metroplex area.
