Hours & Pay
- Pay: $120,000 annually
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs

What You'll Do (Essential Duties)
- Oversee material inventory, production progress, and scheduling workflows
- Develop bid specifications and ensure compliance with procurement standards
- Manage MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) programs
- Direct inbound and outbound product flow to ensure timely, high-quality shipments
- Approve departmental expenditures with proper justification
- Analyze data to drive informed, strategic decisions
- Establish team goals aligned with organizational initiatives
- Build collaborative, cross-functional relationships to enhance efficiency
- Ensure employee training aligns with procedures, policies, and customer expectations
- Serve as technical lead for daily operations, scheduling, and assignments
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Lead staffing, recruiting, performance management, and team development
- Promote continuous improvement and drive process optimization
- High School diploma or GED required
- 5 years of experience in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing for most of the shift
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field
