Manufacturing Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our electronics manufacturing production team. Ability to coordinate, communicate and drive team members across multiple departments to hit goals and customer deadlines. The Supervisor will be working directly with production, management and engineering to ensure success on the production floor.

• Lead and supervise a team of production members in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Motivate and mentor team members to achieve production goals and maintain high morale.

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and efficiency targets.
• Implement and enforce best practices in manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact production schedules or product quality.

• Provide training to new and existing production staff on processes, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development among team members.

• Collaborate with other departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
• Communicate production status, issues, and priorities effectively to management and relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and promoting safe practices.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in electronics manufacturing including SMT, mechanical assembly, soldering, conformal coating and quality control.
• Working experience with IPC‑A‑610, J‑STD‑001.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
