• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, in line with safety policies and procedures and state/federal guidelines.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies and procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in residents’ conditions to the supervisor.

• Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
