As a Home Health Nurse at Bright Star Care of Plano/N. Dallas, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care in a home setting. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and care teams to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while working on-site in Richardson, Texas.
