Responsibilities
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business.
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers.
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal.
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Self-motivation and drive.
  • Show good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
  • Technology driven.
  • Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 60 days if not already licensed.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals, demonstrating strong drive and commitment to success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, embracing collaboration to achieve common goals.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Compensation

$150,000 per year
