- More than 2 million square feet developed and leased
- Projects completed across 20+ states

Victory has built a reputation for executing complex transactions and delivering institutional-quality projects that attract leading national, regional, and local tenants.
Our vertically integrated platform brings leasing, development, acquisitions, construction management, property management, asset management, legal, and accounting together under one organization. This allows our leasing team to participate in every stage of a project—from acquisition and site planning through construction, lease execution, property operations, and long-term ownership.
