Base pay range: $14.82/hr - $18.50/hr

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasks.
• Continually monitor food quality.
• Properly perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge.
• Run the shift while ensuring employees take their mandatory breaks on time.
• Work all stations in the restaurant while recognizing where you are most needed.
• Assist Manager with other duties as needed.

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant shift leader experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred.
• Ability to coordinate work of self and others.
• Ability to multi‑task.

• Hourly pay with eligibility for overtime.
• Tip sharing participation (potential $2/hr additional pay).
