** Your Contribution:
*** Support the sales team by providing product demonstrations to current clients on CGM products.
* Provide the sales team with product training to improve productivity, shorten the sales cycle and drive profitable revenue growth.
* Partner with sales leadership to define competencies, KPIs, and best practices that enhance product selling effectiveness.
* Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignments.
* Collaborate with departments to produce effective selling materials.
* Maintain competitive intel to position CGM products within client base.

Qualification:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years in a similar industry related enablement position.
* Strong understanding of practice management software applications in a physical, clinical, or hospital environment.
* Familiarity with healthcare IT, diagnostics, or related technologies supporting the provider network.
* Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations to physicians, practice managers, and C-level executives.
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and enablement tools.
