Outbound Sales Representative

Dynamic SLR, a professional solar management firm, seeks a passionate and driven sales associate to join our successful and growing Sales Call Center team. Dynamic Outbound Sales Representatives make outbound calls & speak to homeowners about the opportunity to save money and reduce their electricity bills. This is an entry level position . They make the magic happen, and we want you to be an integral part of that future.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate Selling :
  Individuals who are eager to develop within an exciting and successful company with a burning desire to achieve and a passion for competition
• Relationship Building : Desire to develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling - educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient and energy cost savings opportunities
• Ambitious and Resilient :
  Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with ongoing communication through outbound calling
• Training Initiative :
  Eagerness to continuously learn and grow - our comprehensive training program will give you the tools to guarantee success!
• No sales experience is necessary! Eagerness to learn and succeed is equally valuable
• Shift is 12pm-7pm
• Average full-time $60,000 - $100,000 yearly , with an upside of $140,000+
• $500 weekly + aggressive commission, plus weekly incentives
