Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role based in Plano, TX. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will involve providing training to clients, managing sales operations, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and deliver excellent client experiences
  • Proven Sales expertise, including identifying leads, pitching solutions, and meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in Training and coaching clients or team members on products and services
  • Sales Management skills to oversee sales processes, track performance metrics, and manage accounts
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Knowledge of the IT, Telecommunications, or Healthcare industry is a plus
