The Opportunity

Dynatron Software is seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Sales Executive - TN, KY, WV
(known internally as Market President
) to lead regional growth and revenue performance across one of our most strategic territories.

As the Sr Sales Executive, you will own the full go-to-market strategy within your region, driving new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and championing Dynatron’s value proposition across the automotive service industry. You’ll serve as both a strategic leader and hands‑on sales driver, representing “The Dynatron Way” in every dealership interaction.

This is a high‑visibility role for a results‑oriented professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, understands fixed operations, and is passionate about helping dealerships achieve extraordinary results.

What You’ll Do

Drive Regional Growth:
Lead revenue generation and market expansion efforts across TN, KY, WV, achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.

Full Sales Ownership:
Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and closing, including direct sales, upsells, group deals, and partner sales.

Territory Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a regional business plan grounded in data, local market insights, and dealership relationships. Leverage mapping and planning tools to maximize in‑market efficiency and impact.

Dealer Engagement:
Engage directly with dealership decision‑makers, conducting multiple in‑person visits, and holding qualified meetings daily to uncover opportunities and present tailored Dynatron solutions.

Pipeline & CRM Excellence:
Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management using Sugar

CRM. Ensure all activities, opportunities, and communications are accurately documented.

Collaboration & Communication:
Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Enablement to align strategies, share insights, and execute go‑to‑market initiatives. Participate in weekly team huddles, sales meetings, and ongoing Allego training sessions to continuously sharpen your skills.

Team & Culture Champion:
Represent Dynatron’s Core Values of Urgency, Results, Accountability, Positivity, and Success‑Driven Excellence in every interaction with clients, partners, and peers.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive fixed operations, with a strong understanding of dealership service departments.
  • Proven success in territory sales, business development, or regional leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with dealership leaders and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Skilled at managing a high‑volume, field‑based sales cadence, including prospecting, presentations, and deal closure.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Sugar

    CRM) and sales technology platforms.
  • A self‑starter mindset with the drive to achieve ambitious goals in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
  • Variable Compensation: OTE of $100,000 - $250,000
  • Equity:
    Participation in Dynatron’s Equity Incentive Plan
