B2B Outside Sales Representative – Dallas

We are an established, nationally recognized, and award-winning commercial cleaning company looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative in Dallas. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a defined territory, leveraging our proven sales methodology to deliver tailored service programs.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary with an uncapped commission structure (target of $84,000 total salary and compensation first year)

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Coordinate appointments set by the Inside Sales Team.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and manage the sales process.
  • Build exceptional customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Engage internal resources to create and implement customized service programs.
  • Apply Buildingstars sales methodology to diagnose customer needs and propose solutions.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with the Regional Director and Inside Sales representatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of B2B Outside Sales experience.
  • Prior experience selling B2B contracts in a service industry.
  • Ability to create and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Self‑motivated and thrives in a results‑oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and listening.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintains a relationship with Leadership, Sales, and Operations peers.
  • Proficient in CRM usage and familiar with Buildingstars sales methodology for prospecting, opportunity creation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
