Our F45 family is looking to grow our sales team. If you are a positive, outgoing, confident team player, this might be the perfect role for you. We are seeking a superstar sales professional with an unstoppable drive to grow multiple studios, who is comfortable making calls, loves fitness, has strong customer service skills, and is a self-driven salesperson.

• Meet and exceed sales indicators, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining high customer service levels
• Build strong relationships with members, corporate, and local businesses
• Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Collaborate with studio managers to ensure smooth operations
• Develop strategies to increase daily lead flow
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Drive client referral programs
• Attend all sales and training meetings

• Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
• Positive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate with anyone
• Comfortable learning new software such as Mind Body and Loyalsnap
