Your Impact

Drive the sales strategy in our commercial Texas region for Thousand Eyes by managing the full sales cycle, from building champions and influencing complex buying committees to closing enterprise‑wide agreements. Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans that identify whitespace opportunities and growth strategies. Partner closely with Cisco Account Managers, Specialists, and Partners to position Thousand Eyes as a core component of modernization, Zero Trust, and network observability strategies.

Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with precision and accountability, while collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth deployment and measurable impact post‑sale.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven success driving new business growth with large commercial and mid‑market accounts through new logo acquisition and expansion
  • Experience selling technical SaaS solutions and operating within matrixed, fast‑moving organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate both strategic and technical discussions.
  • Comfortable leading deal orchestration across multiple internal teams and external partners.

  • Experience selling observability solutions
  • Strong ability to build trust and influence across customer ecosystems and internal stakeholders.
  • Operates effectively in large, matrixed organizations and thrives in partnership‑driven environments.
  • Embraces a Challenger mindset, leading with insight, identifying blind spots, and pushing customers to think differently about digital assurance.
  • Entrepreneurial, self‑directed, and motivated by measurable impact.
