Position:
WCCTV is expanding its business development organization at its US headquarters in Richardson, Texas. We have openings for several Business/Sales Development Executives who will be responsible for performing lead generation and business development activities with new and existing customers in support of the Company’s sales and revenue targets for mobile video surveillance systems in several industry sectors to include:
- General contractors in the commercial construction industry
- Manufacturing, logistics and retail industries
- Government (law enforcement, city/state/federal agencies and K-12/higher education markets)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the internal Field Sales Teams to grow revenue in an assigned territory. Assists in building and executing a plan to grow the territory's business, both in terms of new customer acquisition and growing existing customer relationships.
- Researches/sources potential customers using multiple resources including internet, marketing mail campaigns, in‑house databases, customer referrals and external lead generation databases.
- Generates a minimum of 80+ outbound calls per day with potential customers to establish needs, determine decision‑maker(s) and present how WCCTV’s products and services can meet the customers’ security needs.
- Fills the sales pipeline for the Field Sales Team by setting 12+ qualified sales appointments/meetings per month with the appropriate contacts within the customer’s organization.
- Maintains a full pipeline of potential customers and projects in order to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales activity metrics.
- Creates and tracks all sales opportunities and customer communications within the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Provides feedback to internal Sales management from customers regarding competitors or WCCTV’s product offerings.
- Attends internal sales training programs in order to develop a solution sales process in order to meet assigned inside sales metrics and progress within the Sales organization.
Qualifications:
- Associated degree in Business or other discipline or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous outbound lead generation or inside sales experience preferred.
- Experience selling within the Government and SLED sectors.
- Intermediate understanding of sales principles, business development and sales and marketing strategies utilized in a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to conduct effective and professional business conversations and sales presentations over the phone, virtually or in person.
- Demonstrated ability to research and prospect sales opportunities and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Effective computer skills to include MS Office, Outlook, Teams, lead generation tools (Zoom Info, Linked In, etc.) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated high attention to details, organizational, planning and time‑management skills required.
- Able to meet and exceed the achievable new customer and revenue targets and structure in place.

- Able to commit to the work hours of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm onsite at the Company’s HQ in Richardson, TX.
