Dynamic Eco Home is hiring an entry‑level outbound sales representative to drive energy‑efficiency solutions for Texas homeowners.

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with homeowners.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of energy efficiency and cost savings.
• Build new sales opportunities through outbound calling.
• Communicate ongoing outreach and progress with the sales team.
• Own the sales process with an attitude of “own the sale or be sold.”

• No sales experience required; eagerness to learn and succeed is valued.
• Strong desire to develop within an exciting, growth‑focused company.
• Passionate about competition and achieving results.
• Resilient and ambitious with a “sale or be sold” mentality.
• Committed to continuous learning; thorough training will be provided.
• Shift: 10 am–6 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

• Average full‑time $60,000–$100,000 yearly, with upside above $140,000.
• $500 weekly base + aggressive commission, plus weekly incentives.
