We are looking for a growth‑minded leader to fill our network with high‑volume shipments.

Role Overview

The B2B Sales & Growth Manager is the primary architect of our revenue. Your goal is to ensure our crowdsourced driver network stays busy by securing high‑volume, recurring shipment contracts. You are selling a tech‑forward solution that allows businesses to outpace their competition. You will own the entire sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing large‑scale "Anchor Tenants."

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and close contracts with large‑scale businesses that provide consistent, daily baseline volume to stabilize our driver network.
  • Develop and refine dynamic pricing models for various service levels, including 1‑hour on‑demand, same‑day, and scheduled next‑day deliveries.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to synchronize driver recruitment campaigns with new business launches, ensuring driver supply matches shipment demand in every new city.
  • Move beyond traditional freight brokerage by selling a high‑tech, real‑time visibility platform that integrates directly with client ERP and e‑commerce systems.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue forecasts to the executive team based on 2026 market trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, specifically within the logistics, freight brokerage, or SaaS supply chain industries.
  • Proven track record of securing large‑scale contracts and driving revenue growth.
  • Hunter mentality: proactive, resilient, and capable of building your own lead lists in a high‑growth startup environment.
  • Tech‑fluent: ability to explain APIs, AI‑driven routing, and other technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical: skill to analyze shipping data and create custom cost‑saving proposals for potential clients.
  • Preferred: pre‑existing network of contacts within retail, e‑commerce, or distribution sectors.
