Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay PLUS uncapped commissions
- Our top performers earn over $25,000 annually in commissions

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and technical support
- Manage and update customer information in CRM (Net Suite, Salesforce, or similar)
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate product recommendations
- Offer technical sales support by identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions
- Recognize new business opportunities and proactively expand the customer base
- Provide troubleshooting guidance and answer product questions
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment
- Track results, meet sales goals, and continuously improve performance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and customer service (phone or online sales a plus)
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and sales-focused with a positive, professional demeanor
- Passion for the outdoors, water management, or environmental solutions is highly desirable
- Experience with CRM systems (Net Suite, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable leveraging social media, Google Ads, or digital marketing for sales outreach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
