- Perform targeted outbound sales calls to engage Texas homeowners.

- Participate actively in ongoing sales training and coaching sessions to continuously refine your skill set.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: $500/week guaranteed base pay plus aggressive commissions, performance tiers, and weekly spot bonuses.
