What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform service, diagnostics, programming, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls
  • Support and lead service calls while assisting with larger projects alongside project managers
  • Work hands‑on with DDC controllers, low‑voltage wiring, and graphical programming
  • Program and troubleshoot systems across platforms including Tridium Niagara, ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, AAON, and others
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, control schematics, and mechanical plans
  • Identify system issues, recommend solutions, and ensure optimal performance
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor
  • Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and system updates
  • Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience diagnosing, programming, and repairing building automation systems
  • Strong background in controls and ladder‑logic programming (DDC, PLC, or similar)
  • Hands‑on experience with platforms such as ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls
  • Tridium Niagara experience strongly preferred (N4 certification a plus)
  • Experience using MS Visio for documentation and system design

    Ability to manage work independently and see jobs through from start to finish
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent customer‑facing communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime and weekend work as needed
