as a master craftsman at ace handyman services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality home repair and maintenance services. Your day will typically involve evaluating the needs of your clients, executing diverse repair tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. • minimum of 10 years of experience in home repair and/or commercial maintenance. Personal tools are required for consideration.
• proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and various equipment.
• excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• effective verbal and written communication skills.
• ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• physical ability to stoop, bend, kneel, stretch, lift, and carry items relevant to repair and maintenance tasks.
• availability to work required business hours without tardiness, interruptions, or early departures. Typical hours are monday to friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• ability to read, interpret, and navigate maps within the assigned territory.
• experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • siding, soffit, and fascia repair.
  • window replacement.
  • deck repair and building.
  • touch‑up painting and general painting.
  • furniture or equipment assembly.
  • carpentry work.
  • minor brick work and tuck pointing.
  • pouring concrete for small projects.
  • fence repair and installation.
  • framing and door adjustments/installation.
  • gutter cleaning and repair.
  • general handyman tasks.
