You’ll be trusted to manage service calls independently while also collaborating with project managers on larger initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform service, diagnostics, programming, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls
- Manage service calls from initial troubleshooting through resolution
- Support urgent service needs while maintaining high‑quality documentation
- Collaborate with project managers on larger system upgrades and integrations
- Program, troubleshoot, and support DDC systems using ladder‑logic programming
- Work hands‑on with platforms including Tridium Niagara, ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and similar systems
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, control schematics, and mechanical plans
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on‑site
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, quality expectations, and project requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience diagnosing, programming, and repairing DDC/BAS systems
- Strong working knowledge of ladder‑logic style programming (DDC, PLC, or similar)
- Hands‑on experience with controls platforms such as ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls
- Tridium Niagara experience strongly preferred (N4 certification a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage service calls end‑to‑end
- Customer‑facing professionalism with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime and weekend work as required
