COACH XPRESS is looking for professional truck drivers / owner operators to join our FLATBED Divisions for OVER THE ROAD (CDL Class A - OTR) open flatbed and CONESTOGA trailer available for rent. We are 100% dedicated to every driver that joins our team, and we care about their needs.

Company drivers:
We pay 65cpm for open flatbed. We operate mostly in the Midwest and Southeast. Trucks available:  Freightliner Cascadia. Trailers available:
Reitnouer, East or Mac. Paid detention and layover. Paid tarping. Dedicated dispatch. Safety bonuses. Clean inspection bonuses. Referral bonuses. Direct deposit every Friday. Pet friendly.

• Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
• Flatbed trailer
• OTR
• $1,400 - $2,300 gross total weekly avg. pay
• 27% of load
• $0.65 - $0.70 CPM
• 2,300 - 3,500 avg. miles per week
• Line Haul
• No Driver Load/Unload
• 75% tarping
• No slip seating

• 14 - 30 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Get 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked
• Home at least 2 weekends per month

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

• Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (V) Medical Variance
• 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
• 6 months Flatbed experience
