Receiving Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely shipping/receiving of Advo Care products in and out of Distribution Center.
• Daily unloading and loading of product from inbound and outbound trucks.
• Performing Carrier Inspections for all shipments.
• Ensuring the accuracy of Bill of Lading.
• Reporting product received discrepancies, and all other issues to Supply Chain, Inventory and QA/QC Departments.
• Perform "Goods Receipt" in Oracle Applications.
• Check Bill of lading quantities vs. physical counts.
• Provide weekly count of all shipper boxes in stock.
• Assist Inventory Control with daily inventory transfers.
• Assist or perform warehouse tasks given by management to support business needs.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 1 year working experience
• Understanding of LPN's, lot numbers, purchase orders and best by dates
• Oracle Applications
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Wireless Inventory system (TELNET)
• Operation of various types of forklifts within the Distribution Center (Reach Trucks, Counterbalance, Order pickers and Scissor Lifts)

Shift = 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
