Overview
Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a full-time Career and College Instructional Paraprofessional at Richfield High School for the remainder of the school year. This position will support RPS students and families, primarily in grades 9-12 by helping facilitate activities and access to the resources that support career and college planning. The paraprofessional provides support with college searches, applications, financial aid and scholarship information, Dream Act eligibility, apprenticeships, and other alternative pathways.
This role plays an important part in helping students navigate the transition from high school to life after graduation through ongoing encouragement, guidance, and access to relevant information.
Support RPS students and families, primarily in grades 9-12, by facilitating activities and accessing resources that support career and college planning, including college searches, applications, financial aid, scholarship information, Dream Act eligibility, apprenticeships, and other alternative pathways.
RequirementsMust be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation; having 1 of the 3 listed below:
- Bilingual communication skills in Spanish preferred.
- Experience working in a K-12 or similar environment is preferred.
$23.19-$26.30 (Based on education and experience)
