Fraser is bahan for a Part‑time Mental Health Practitioner to support clinical services to children with mental health diagnoses, providing outpatient skills services. The Mental Health Practitioner is responsible for the skills training for preschool‑aged children and documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Support clinical services to children with mental health diagnoses, providing outpatient skills services.
  • Deliver skills training for preschool‑aged children.
  • Observe and document the behavior of children accurately.
  • Communicate effectively in English.
  • Use computer programs (Word, Excel) and keyboarding skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences AND Bachelor's and 2,000 hours of supervised clinical hours.
  • Work experience only: 4,000 hours of supervised clinical hours.
  • Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with an acceptable record.
  • Experience with preschool‑aged children with special needs (highly preferred, not required).
  • Respect for sensitivity to family and cultural differences.
  • Ability to accurately observe and document the behavior of children.
  • Effective communication in English.
  • Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice.
Location and Schedule
  • Richfield, MN UI>
  • Part‑time:
    Monday – Friday 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Pay
  • $24.52 – $26.00 per hour (actual pay depends on qualifications).
