SiteCatalyst and Insight Developer

• Evaluate business goals and objectives from multiple business teams and develop tracking/tagging strategies for measuring online metrics.
• Responsible for creating technical implementation specifications for Site Catalyst and collaborating with development, CMS, and Ensighten teams on implementation.
• Create dimensions, metrics, and dashboards in Data Workbench based on the Key Performance Indicators provided by the business line.
• Develop testing artifacts and perform quality assurance tests on tracking implementations.
• Develop extensive dashboards in both Site Catalyst and Data Workbench based on Business Lines KPIs.
• Assist with tracking and improving the results of marketing campaigns.
• Provide best practices to business lines for web analytics platform strategy and technical needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT.
