Description:
Ability to develop and manage all aspects of the deployment effort, including plans, interdependencies, schedule, budget, tools, and personnel.
Ability to define, implement, and maintain project process guidance related to deployment.
Ability to provide technical leadership to project resources and clients to meet deployment deadlines and objectives.
Ability to design and develop solution pilots and simulations that meet functional, technical, and performance requirements.
Ability to consult with and develop technical resources for methods, procedures, and standards during deployment.
Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with standards.
Ability to document and communicate deployment progress, taking corrective actions as needed.
Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks concerning system deployment and maintenance, escalating as necessary.
Experience in deployment project management in large-scale enterprise settings.
Vendor management and relations.
Ability to run multiple deployment rollouts simultaneously.

Experience with Project Management methodologies.
Self-starter attitude: take ambiguous tasks and work them to completion.
Proactive approach: seek answers when information is needed rather than wait.

Qualifications/

Experience:


Large-scale retail deployment experience.
PMP Certification preferred.
5-8+ years in retail deployment with strong understanding of large-scale enterprise rollouts.
BS degree in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent retail deployment experience.
Experience managing circuit (network) upgrades in remote locations.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Experience with project management tools (MS Project).
Retail Industry experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently.
Strong customer service orientation.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Ability to prioritize and manage work assignments.
