Role Description s:
QA Technical Lead with mobile testing and Playwright experience. Strategy and Planning Define enterprise-wide QA standards| testing methodologies| and long-term quality roadmaps across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Framework Architecture Design| build| and maintain scalable| modular test automation frameworks for UI| API| and microservices.
Tool Evaluation Research| select| and recommend the best tools for automation| performance| load| and security testing.
CICD Integration Integrate testing suites seamlessly into deployment pipelines to support continuous testing and Dev Ops practices.
Governance and Standards Establish code quality guidelines| metrics tracking| and documentation standards for testing teams.
Mentorship and Leadership Guide and train QA engineers and SDETs on technical implementations| best practices| and advanced automation techniques.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with developers| product managers| and system architects to align testing goals with overall business requirements

Skills:
