The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full-time Outreach Worker - Bilingual at Richfield Middle School working with students in 6-8 grade. This position will serve as an active liaison between families and RHS in helping to develop and sustain a trusting and supportive relationship that will benefit students, their families and the district. This role will assist the school administration in the areas of student support, including building supervision, provide communication support between staff and families through translations and partnering of district and community resources.

• High School or GED equivalent
• Experience in a school setting or equivalent work experience
• Must be fluent in Spanish - both written and oral.

Pay Rate: $ 28.77- $29.54 (Based on education and experience)
