• Leads Mobilizes all appropriate Supplier resources to respond to high Severity Incidents, Crises and Disasters
• Coordinates all Third Party operations and Maintenance activities and has a complete understanding of the OLAs and SLAs
• Monitors, reports and presents Supplier progress
• Acts as a Resolution and Escalation initiation point for all Best Buy-related issues
• Escalates issues in a reasonable and appropriate manner, working within Supplier leadership and Best Buy Governance Structure to resolve issues
• Manages Risk Management action-items, including assessing, planning, and executing mitigation strategies as needed
• Identifies and partners with vendors to deploy new and innovative services that drive business value
• recommend retirement of Services that are not adding value
