Systems Engineer IV; Orchestration Capabilities

Overview

Greetings from Donato Technologies Inc. We have an immediate opening with my client for a Systems Engineer IV (Orchestration Capabilities). This is a 7-month contract position with hybrid work mode in Richfield, Minnesota. The interview process requires in-person interviews: two 50‑minute sessions, one focused on technical skills and one focused on communication and technical skills.

Location:

Richfield, MN. Duration:
Initial 7 months (likely longer-term/ongoing).

• Creating software and infrastructure to build orchestration components using preferred tooling and development practices.
• Directing staff to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems.
• Reviewing and approving the planning and implementation of security measures.
• Monitoring performance, making adjustments, and providing strategic counsel on future changes.

• Minimum 10+ years of overall experience.

• Top Five Technical Skills (Required):
  Backstage, Typescript, Node.js, Express, Lambda (AWS Serverless)

• Professional Skills (Required):
  Verbal and written communication skills;
  Problem-solving skills;
  Customer service and interpersonal skills;
  Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time

• Strong knowledge of cloud and platform engineering
• API development
• Go (Golang)
