Nursing Assistant Residential Program Coordinator / House Supervisor

Compensation: $23.50/hr

Full‑time, day shift. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Job Description
  • Provide hands‑on care assisting individuals with daily activities—personal care, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry—while fostering independence with a 4:1 staffing ratio.
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment by maintaining a clean, secure space that supports comfort and personal growth.
  • Mentor and guide staff and residents, offering supervision, positive reinforcement, and consistent programming; coordinate staff scheduling and facilitate communication among the support team.
  • Household management: coordinate finances, activities, program services, family involvement, educational/vocational programs, health care/nutrition, and overall household organization.
Qualifications
  • Must have completed an approved Nursing Assistant/CNA training and testing program within the last 10 years; certification need not be current but must not be revoked.
  • Higher education in the medical field may also qualify for the role in lieu of a nursing assistant certification.
  • At least two years experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or one year of lead staff experience or a two‑year degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience in residential services is preferred.
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or GED required.
  • Passion for helping others and experience with mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, or anxiety.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and remain on feet regularly.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills—reading, writing, and collaborative documentation with internal and external team members.
