Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot
Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange for kitchen and/or bath measurements, discuss room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary, and support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a welcoming, safe shopping environment.
By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to achieve department and store goals.
- Welcome customers to the store and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs.
- Lead showroom tours and guide customers through room designs and purchasing recommendations.
- Coordinate measurements for projects and follow up on design details with customers.
- Monitor and restock samples and brochures to maintain accurate In Stock levels.
- Ensure displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.
- Partner with store teams to drive sales and support department and store goals.
$19.50/hr - $19.50/hr
